Eligibility for Return
- You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original packaging with all tags and invoice intact
- Free from any damage or signs of wear
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized jewelry
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchange
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original item and place a new order separately.
